Is this Assistant Front Office Manager role right for me?

You will be able to
demonstrate a chic and elegant presence, have enthusiasm, a customer focused
attitude and a desire to provide our guests with an outstanding quality of
service. This is a very pro-active role, so you need to have an outgoing,
confident, and professional personality with a flexible can-do approach
passionate about customer service.
As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be
expected to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Front office
Department whilst on duty, ensuring the guest experience is of a consistent
level of a high standard. You must be ready to respond to a wide variety of
requests and be able to address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
You will support the Front Office Manager to
provide necessary training to all team working Front Desk operations. This will
include training employees in using hotel computer systems, applying guest
services techniques and handling telephone inquiries.
For this role, you’ll also need:
The ideal candidate would possess outstanding
communication and organisation skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks
and manage a team.
