We are looking for an exceptional Reservations Agent to join our Reservations team

Salary: £24227.84 per annual plus up to £4000 OTE

We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals with a passion for hospitality. We embrace our core values of Diversity, Innovation and Generosity in everything we do, and we’re looking for originality, proactive thinking and understanding in our team members.
You are required following skills and behaviors:
• Strong communication skills and a pro-active approach to your work
• An exceptional telephone manner as well as being a natural communicator with excellent written skills
• A high level of both written and spoken English
• Previous knowledge of Opera is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and excellent administration skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Be highly motivated, proactive and an excellent team player
• Can deliver the highest standards of service that meets and exceeds guest’s expectations while achieving and surpassing profitability
