What will I be responsible for?

As a Waiter/Waitress at Richmond Hill, you will help create memorable experiences for our guests across our restaurant, bar and events operations. You will deliver friendly, attentive service, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding service to guests in our restaurant, bar and event spaces.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving food and drinks to the highest standards.
• Setting up and maintaining dining and event areas.
• Building positive relationships with guests and responding to requests with professionalism and care.
• Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Following all food safety, licensing and health & safety procedures.
• Taking pride in delivering the exceptional guest experience Richmond Hill Hotel is known for.

Whether you're serving breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails or special events, you'll be an important part of creating memorable moments for our guests.
