We are looking for a strong Chef de partie to work full time at our restaurant in Barnes.
Some key duties and responsibilities are:
To manage and adhere to all Health and safety/food hygiene.
To follow recipes and system of work ensuring consistency of execution.
Effectively run and supervise any allocated kitchen section to the required standers.
Support the Head chef and sous chefs in delivering the required food.
