• Up to £30,000, based on experience
• Plus, up to £2,400 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last year’s earnings), giving total potential earnings of £32,400 per year.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Marketer to join the Rick Stein Marketing Team.

Your role will be to create engaging social media content and campaigns that share our brand story, grow brand awareness and nurture customer engagement to increase the desirability of our brand and businesses.  

You’ll be creative, a brilliant storyteller, adept at planning, filming and editing content and able to bring out the best in people on screen. You’ll need to love all things social media and hospitality, be able to make things happen and be focused on learning and improving. You’ll be out in our restaurants and at events, often with the Stein family, capturing content, telling stories, and bringing our brand to life in real time. It’s a creative, hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you’ll be right at the heart of the action.

What you’ll be getting up to

• Planning, capturing, editing, curating and posting high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms that effectively engage our audience and share our brand story.
• Nurturing and engaging with our brand community across social media platforms.
• Seeking out stories that support our brand and commercial objectives and find creative ways to share them
• Be immersed in social media to stay up to date on trends and updates to recommend ideas, innovations and opportunities to improve.
• Monitoring trends, tracking and reporting on key metrics and adjust plans to maximise performance.
• Identifying and reach out to local influencers and content creators.
• Championing social media across the business to encourage more EGC.
• Supporting, as needed, with the execution of marketing tactics across the business across multiple channels, including email, website, pr, events and design.

Are you right for this role? You'll have:

• Experience of social media marketing in a consumer facing business
• Excellent knowledge, understanding and love for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
• Compelling and creative storytelling skills 
• Highly organised, an ability to get things done and an effective communicator
• High attention to detail

• Enthusiasm for hospitality, food, drink and seafood
