What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food consistently
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
• Contributing ideas, sharing knowledge, and continually developing your skills
• Depending on your experience, mentoring junior team members and supporting the wider kitchen team

• A genuine passion for great food and hospitality
• Experience in a professional kitchen appropriate to your level
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality dishes
• A reliable, hardworking team player with excellent communication skills
