What you’ll be doing

• Delivering relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest
• Leading a section during service and supporting the wider front-of-house team
• Sharing expert knowledge of our menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks
• Anticipating guest needs and offering thoughtful, confident recommendations
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members during service
• Upholding the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times

What we’re looking for

·       A friendly, positive attitude and a natural sense of hospitality

·       Previous waiting experience, with confidence running a section independently

·       A genuine interest in food, wine, and seafood

·       Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests

·       A team player who thrives in a busy, professional environment

·       Someone who leads by example and takes pride in great service
