We’re passionate about serving high-quality food and drinks in a relaxed, scenic environment — making us a favourite among locals and visitors alike.

We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help drive the continued success of the venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and outdoor areas
  • Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
  • Support event planning and private functions
  • Monitor stock, costs, and overall financial performance to meet sales targets
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, pub, or hospitality management role (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong organisational skills and a hands-on attitude
  • Knowledge of licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
