Role details

  • Cluster Revenue Manager
  • Reporting to : Group Director of Revenue
  • Competitive Salary and Benefits plus 20% Bonus
  • Workplace Pension
  • Hybrid (3 days in Central London office) Travel as required to properties

Expected profile of experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in revenue management as day-to-day strategy lead
  • Business plan cycle experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Pricing, Forecasting, Benchmarking and sales strategy
  • Knowledge in Meeting & Events revenue, as well as group strategy evaluation
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud, Delphi & Marriott proprietary systems
  • Entrepreneurial flair to be part of a new team from inception

As Portfolio Revenue Manager you will

  • Lead the day to day revenue strategy for the respective group of properties designated
  • Be project lead for respective property go-lives within the business
  • Support rate loading & channel strategy across the group
  • Be first point of contact for Revenue department for respective properties
  • Grow & develop more junior team members to aid succession planning
  • Deputise for the Director of Revenue in their absence, supporting business review meetings as required with ownership
