Job Summary
Responsible for leading and driving the commercial sales strategy across the Kingfisher Hospitality Group portfolio of hotels within an assigned UK region (North or South). The Regional Director of Sales supports and influences hotel-based sales teams through a dotted-line relationship, ensuring alignment with the group’s overall commercial objectives. This role is accountable for delivering regional revenue performance across all B2B market segments, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the conversion of key accounts and opportunities. The Regional Director of Sales plays a pivotal role in building a high-performance sales culture across the region, driving collaboration, and ensuring alignment with brand and group commercial standards.
