Job Overview

To be successful in the role of Cluster Sales Manager you will be required to have a balance of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and established client relationship within the sector or segments that specialize in. The role involves driving revenue through targeted sales efforts, building relationships, managing client accounts, and contributing to the portfolio’s overall business goals. Skills in budget management, reporting, and team leadership are also essential for success in this position.

Expected profile of experience

• At least 2 years in proactive sales within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Multi-property, cluster, or centralised sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improved conversion through data-led performance management.
• Knowledge of UK market across all relevant segments.
