What is in it for you?

In addition to a competitive salary and discretionary quarterly performance-based bonus, you will also have access to a range of benefits, including:

  • Marriott Explore Discounts – Enjoy discounts on hotel stays and F&B across Marriott's global portfolio.
  • Free Meals on Duty
  • Pension Scheme – Participation in The People’s Pension.
  • Employee Assistance Programme – Free and confidential support for a range of personal and wellbeing challenges.
  • Career Development – Opportunities for career growth and internal opportunities within our managed portfolio.
  • Training & Development – Access to training programmes to support your professional development.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and implement sales activities in line with the hotel's business strategy and target market segments.
  • Build, manage and grow relationships with corporate and leisure clients, business travel agents and booking agents.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and attract new clients.
  • Manage key accounts, develop existing business and generate repeat bookings.
  • Prepare client contracts in line with agreed pricing and business conditions.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Revenue Director to monitor budgets and achieve commercial targets.
  • Organise client familiarisation visits and corporate hospitality events to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
  • Collaborate with Groups, Meetings & Events and Food & Beverage teams to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the annual RFP (Request for Proposal) process, helping secure and retain corporate business.
  • Work with hotel teams to deliver excellent guest experiences, address feedback and resolve customer concerns.
  • Participate in management meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales and marketing performance.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you will have:
