Description
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and energetic individual to join our friendly small team. This is a hands-on role split between reception and housekeeping. You will be the face of the hostel, welcoming guests, checking them in, and keeping our spaces clean, fresh, and social. Part-time (Flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings).

Your Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out using our booking system with a welcoming attitude.
- Handle daily housekeeping, including stripping and making beds and cleaning dorms.
- Keep reception and communal areas tidy and presentable.
- Maintain hostel safety and follow daily compliance checks.
- Share local tips on what Bristol has to offer: music, nightlife, art, food...
What We Are Looking For
- A natural communicator who loves meeting travellers from all cultures.
- Someone happy to roll up their sleeves for the physical side of the job (housekeeping).
- A reliable teammate who is equally motivated working independently when required.
- A calm head who can think on their feet when the hostel gets busy.
- High reliability, punctuality, and great team spirit.
