Would you like to be part of an energetic re-opening team at our Torquay restaurant?

We have undergone some changes and we are looking for Head Chef to lead the kitchen and re-opening of our Torquay restaurant.

We are an award winning, young business with 8 Seafood Restaurants along the South Devon and Dorset.

This fantastic opportunity is open to Head Chefs of different specialities and skill sets, with a natural flair for the kitchen. We would want you to be passionate about seafood and coastal life and are able to share your enthusiasm through amazing service levels. You’ll be consistent, reliable, a great leader for your chefs. As a Head Chef experience is essential. You will be experienced at working in busy kitchens and will be able to work under pressure. You will lead the team in the day to day running, be proactive, organised, have good knife skills and be an intuitive person always thinking about what to do next.

- Paid Overtime over 48 hours - (we aim for no more than 48 hours)
