Working collaboratively with the team and guests to ensure service delivery and guest experience is of paramount importance. You will focus on exceeding the expectations of the customer, and providing the best possible experience, incorporating Rockwater standards of service requirements at all times. 

• Develop a deep understanding of our menu, beverages, and service standards to provide knowledgeable assistance to guests.
• Learn the Rockwater ‘waves’ of service and apply these service standards to each guests.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of dishes to the guests' tables, maintaining the highest level of order accuracy.
• Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organisation in all assigned areas, contributing to a welcoming and efficient dining environment.
• Assist in the opening, operation, and closing procedures, consistently meeting our stringent standards.
• Prioritise safety at all times, both for yourself and others, promptly addressing any potential hazards or concerns in the restaurant and follow strict allergen procedures.
