• Prepare and serve hot and cold food to Rockwater standards

• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times

• Follow food safety procedures and complete relevant checklists (e.g. fridge temps, cleaning records)

• Work efficiently in a small team, supporting your colleagues during busy periods

• Ensure the Shack is stocked, prepped, and ready for the day ahead

• Keep wastage to a minimum and store food correctly

• Deliver the “Rockwater Experience” with a positive attitude and pride in your work

• Support with opening and closing duties following daily checklists

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food or kitchen environment (e.g. cafe, food truck, kiosk, QSR)

• Basic food prep skills with a keen eye for presentation

• Passionate about cleanliness and organisation

• A calm, positive team player – even under pressure

• Confident in handling food safely and following allergen procedures

• Excellent time management and reliability
