As General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Rockwater is an efficient and profitable business, as well as ensuring The Rockwater Experience is delivered to every guest. You will work closely with the senior managers to ensure all areas of operation are compliant with company standards, including guest satisfaction and relations, staff recruitment, retention and progression, financial controls and stock management. As well as ensuring we are a safe and legal environment for our guests and our team.
