We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our team here at ROKA. As a ROKA Demi Chef de Partie, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Our Demi Chef de Partie, are hardworking, dedicated and passionate about all things food.


ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. First launched in 2004, our London collection has grown to include venues in Charlotte Street, Mayfair, and Canary Wharf. ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensure that all food products are consistent with recipes
  • To maintain all mis-en-place at a sufficient levels to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during the service period whilst controlling food quality, consistency, appearance and taste
  • To work straight or split shifts depending on the needs of the business
  • To oversee correct handling of raw products whilst ensuring quantities are prepared in accordance with recipes
