We are looking for a talented Sushi Chef to join our team here at ROKA. Our Sushi Chefs are passionate, sushi experts who have a key eye for detail to consistently deliver the highest quality dishes. ROKA Chefs are confident working at a fast pace whilst maintaining ROKA's high standards.

The requirements


  • Expert level of knife skills and eye for detail 
  • High level of experience working in busy sushi sections 
  • Easily able to switch between work on maki roll/sashimi/nigiri sections 
  • Eye for detail and ability to create luxury presented sushi platters
