The Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar high-end, high-volume restaurant as a Reception Manager or higher
• Proven ability to lead and inspire the front desk team
• A passion for people and delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences
• The desire to learn, improve, develop, and grow yourself and your team
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen interest in Japanese cuisine
