ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. First launched in 2004 in London, our collection has grown to include five venues in the Middle East in Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Bahrain & Kuwait. ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata. Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily operations with a focus on consistency
• Ensure smooth flow between kitchen, bar and floor to deliver a seamless guest experience 
• Lead by example with a calm, hands-on presence and strong attention to detail
• Foster a culture of clarity, collaboration and continuous growth within the team
• Maintain ROKA's high standards through thoughtful planning and daily execution
