• Partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily operations with a focus on consistency
• Ensure smooth flow between kitchen, bar and floor to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Lead by example with a calm, hands-on presence and strong attention to detail
• Foster a culture of clarity, collaboration and continuous growth within the team
• Maintain Zuma’s high standards through thoughtful planning and daily execution
