We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at Roka. Our Head Chefs are passionate, hands on and inspiring, driving the team to consistently deliver the highest quality dishes. You will be committed to operating at the highest level and consistently encourage the rest of the team to do the same.

The requirements

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef, in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
  • Previous experience in Japanese cuisine 
  • Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team
  • Expert level of knife skills and eye for detail 
  • High level of experience working in busy sections
