We are currently recruiting an In-Room Dining Manager for The Londoner, our super-boutique 5-Star hotel.

Overview:

  • An Amazing opportunity to join The Londoner as an In-room Dining Manager.
  • As the In Room Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the In- room dining operation at The Londoner.
  •  The In Room Dining Manager is responsible for directing the team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback, and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.

 About You:

  • Current in depth knowledge of food and beverage and In-room dining within a high end 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
  • Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management with a strategic approach.
  • Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals by analysing historical data, forecasts and revenues.
  • Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision
