We are currently recruiting for a Luggage Porter to join our Front of House team at 5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel.

 Overview: 

  • The role of Luggage Porter is responsible for creating 100% guest satisfaction by working with the reception team and providing guest services. 
  • Promoting the hotel and local services and attractions. 
  • Assisting guests with luggage throughout their stay. 
  • As a Luggage Porter you respond to customer inquiries for information. 
  • Assist guests in and out of vehicles. Deliver phone messages, mail or packages, flowers, etc. to guest rooms. 
  • Give personal attention, take personal responsibility and use teamwork when providing guest service. 
  • Perform other duties as required to provide warm authentic hospitality.
About You: 

  • Customer Service experience within hospitality environment, preferably hotels. 
  • Local area knowledge. 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. 
  • Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to get the required results. 
  • Effective Team player. 
  • Fluent in English.
