We are currently recruiting for a Guest Relations Manager to join and lead our Front of House Team at our super-boutique 5-Star The Londoner Hotel.

Overview: 

  • As the Guest Relations Manager at the Londoner you will work closely with all departments in the hotel with the sole purpose of delivering bespoke service at all times.

  • The aim of the role is also to monitor the traffic in the public areas and help manage staffing levels to respond to any needs of guests.

  • Guest Relations Manager navigates the movement of FO teams making sure that the adequate staffing levels are present in relevant hotel public areas at all times.

  • Attempts to anticipate service interactions by observing the surroundings of the hotel with the particular focus on arriving/ departing vehicles.

  • Creates a WOW factor by providing FO team members with live and relevant information about guests they are interacting with.

 About You: 

  • Minimum one year of Front of House Experience or participation in the MIT program. 
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Understands how to use IT applications: Opera, EHL Apps, Microsoft applications, Caspro, Guest Plus, Magna, Aspect, IRS, MMS.
  • Impeccable command of the English language.
  • Confident ability to communicate and establish rapport.
  • Display and live the Londoner ethos and aim to provide a service that is beyond our clients’ expectations.
  • Assign tasks using such techniques as needs analysis, individual skills assessment, objective setting and communication.
