We’re seeking an exceptional Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Crafted. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will support the smooth running of the housekeeping department and help ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across the hotel. You will play a key role in maintaining immaculate rooms, suites, and public areas while guiding and motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
That said, as Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will be to:
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping
team, ensuring rooms, suites, lounges, the pub, restaurant, and public spaces
are maintained to Crafted’s impeccable standards.
• Support the Head Housekeeper in leading, motivating, and developing the
housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and
attention to detail.
• Carry out daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring
cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene always meet Crafted’s expectations.
• Assist with scheduling duties, including coordinating team rotas, allocating
tasks, and supporting efficient room turnaround.
• Ensure timely room preparation in line with check-in requirements, managing
priorities to maximise productivity.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities,
supporting inventory control and efficient usage.
• Help implement and maintain cleaning routines, deep-cleaning schedules, and
maintenance checks across all areas of the hotel.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or cleanliness-related
feedback, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with reception, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to
communicate room statuses and operational needs.
• Ensure all housekeeping staff follow health and safety regulations, COSHH
guidelines, and cleaning procedures correctly.
• Support the Head Housekeeper with onboarding, training, and monitoring team
performance to uphold Crafted’s service standards.
• Assist in managing departmental paperwork, reporting issues, and
communicating operational updates to the Head Housekeeper.
• Promote a positive team culture that reflects Crafted’s values of excellence,
agility, and warm hospitality.

• Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel
environment.
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Confidence in overseeing and supporting a team, with a collaborative and

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with
multiple departments.
