Delivering food orders from the kitchen to tables rapidly and accurately
Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies)
Making sure every dish is consistently plated and garnished.
Explaining the food to guests as you deliver it
Being knowledgabale about the food in order to answer any questions the guest may have
Maintaining a calm and friendly attitude at all times
Assisting in bussing tables and clearing plates when needed
Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently; and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Skills:
Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant personnel
Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and employees
ServSafe and Allergens Certificate required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
