We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic General Manager to lead the thriving team at Rope & Anchor Dunham Massey.

The Rope & Anchor is a superb destination food-led pub nestled in the heart of Dunham Massey, surrounded by countryside walks, historic estates, and family-friendly activities. With its great condition of trade areas, 2 unique event spaces, a vibrant beer garden, and ample parking, this pub is positioned in the heart of the community – continuing to grow and further establish itself.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment while leading from the front in the key trading sessions.
