Rosewood Miramar is looking for an Assistant Managers in Caruso's and Miramar Beach Bar or for the Cabana Pool and Manor Pool.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the Food and Beverage outlet functions, in accordance with hotel standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff.
- Is personally responsible for the proper training and scheduling of the service staff in their field of responsibility.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
- Supports the Head Chef in the creation of new items for the outlets based on guest feedback and sales records.
- Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts. Adjust schedules throughout the week to meet the business demands.
Qualifications
- High school diploma. Diploma/degree in Hospitality/Culinary Management preferred with proven record in delivering operating results in high volume banquet operations in four/five star hotels.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Assistant / Supervisor with a luxury food and beverage operation.
- Maintain confidentiality of internal and external guest information and pertinent hotel data

Rosewood Miramar Beach will be the only five-star resort on the beach in Southern California. The resort will feature 161 ultra-luxury guestrooms across 16 acres, including a glamorous Presidential Residence, a Bridal Suite, and multi-bedroom family bungalows nestled among rolling lawns and mature landscaping.
Guests will be treated to estate-style service, entirely personalized to complement their every need.
