Description
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to head up our fantastic team of chefs at our very high profile Royal Saracens Head site in Beaconsfield. The successful Head Chef will be a great leader who can inspire his team and lead from the front, setting a fast pace and delivering the highest quality food while enforcing the highest standards of Food safety.

Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
