Able to lead and inspire a team to success together
An F&B professional with a minimum of 2 years experience at deputy manager level
Innovative and adaptable in meeting the extra challenges of highly seasonal demand
Familiar with social media marketing, and competent in digital reservations, room and restaurant management
Experienced in all aspects of guest services with a broad F&B knowledge and an eye for detail
Able to take full responsibility for the business in the absence of the GM
Diligent in ensuring that routine procedures are followed
Well presented with good business acumen and an analytical approach to problem solving
Full of energy and fun
Determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for our guests
