- Able to lead and inspire a team to success together
- An F&B professional with a minimum of 2 years experience at deputy manager level
- Innovative and adaptable in meeting the extra challenges of highly seasonal demand
- Familiar with social media marketing, and competent in digital reservations, room and restaurant management
- Experienced in all aspects of guest services with a broad F&B knowledge and an eye for detail
- Able to take full responsibility for the business in the absence of the GM
- Diligent in ensuring that routine procedures are followed
- Well presented with good business acumen and an analytical approach to problem solving
- Full of energy and fun
- Determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for our guests
- A great host who gets a buzz from making people's day

Previous experience and knowledge of supervising hotel F&B operations with a seasonal profile is essential.
