Responsibilities:

  • Flourish in our fast-paced kitchen environment, where precision and efficiency are paramount, and the satisfaction of our guests is the ultimate goal.
  • Bring your fervour for food to the forefront as you craft delectable breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings that showcase your creativity and dedication to culinary artistry.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and camaraderie while ensuring smooth operations during service.
  • Take ownership of your section by meticulously monitoring stock levels, executing timely orders, and maintaining impeccable organisation to uphold our standards of excellence.
  • Engage in clear and concise communication with team members and management, facilitating seamless coordination and collaboration to exceed guest expectations.

What You Need:

  • Previous experience in a similar culinary role, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
