Job description
We are a very busy NoLita restaurant looking to add Lead Host.
*One + year of Host experience in a high volume (400+ covers), fast paced, casual fine dining, or fine dining environment.
*Open availability (Tuesday-Saturdays required)
*An expert in hospitality
*A genuine positive attitude, even temperment and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
*Ability to keep their poise under pressure.
*Advanced experience with Resy.
*Plot the dining room and handle VIP/ Celebrity clientele with the up most discretion.
*Oversee and train host staff.
*Act as the face of the restaurant ensuring all guest are warmly welcomed and thanked as they leave
*Ensure all guests have an exemplary dining experience.
*Communicates any guest needs / issues with management
