We are looking for a talented Part time Receptionist to join our team at The Rutland Arms, Bakewell . This role is for approx 20 hours per week and may include some weekend shifts. Normal shifts are either 7.00am -3.00pm or 3-00pm - 10pm.

Who are we looking for?

  • Fun, bubbly and energetic people who have a desire to delight every guest
  • Enjoy a customer facing role where your personality can shine 
  • Working well in a team, but can also use your own initiative
  • Comfortable using computers and different systems ( email, Microsoft works, Teams etc.)
  • Able to proactively answer guests questions in person, on the telephone and via email
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Previous experience of hotel reservations and bookings systems would be an advantage.
