Working a hybrid pattern you will be an integral part of a small team where your analytical skills and operational knowledge will drive innovation and efficiency helping to shape H&W Pubs of the future.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the Productivity & On Trade Finance team
  • Weekly management of labour productivity 
  • Transforming data into clear insight, producing accurate sales forecast
  • Supporting accurate Team deployment in our pubs to meet sales demand 
  • Using data and performance trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations that will improve efficiencies
  • Driving cost reduction and increased profit through operations  
  • Working with HR on implementation of ongoing labour legislation including systems changes and process improvements to ensure smooth adoptions of new solutions. 

The skills and attributes you'll need:

  • Have previously worked in Hospitality ideally Managed House (Branded Pub) operations
  • Experience in an analytical role (either within Finance, Operations and or Commercial)
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft suite (Excel / Word / Outlook) and Power BI
  • Degree or equivalent qualification preferable (Ideally in Business, Finance or Mathematics)
  • Accuracy, and a logical and analytical approach to problem solving
  • A solutions based mindset and the ability to work on multiple projects with large amounts of data
  • A clear and concise influencer, confident and able to present new concepts in multiple formats
  • To be curious and willing to challenge assumptions
  • Resilience highly organised (ability to work under pressure)
