Job Summary
We are a licensed Starbucks (like a franchise) store seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees in a fast-paced Starbucks coffee house environment. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
Work side by side with GM and other store teammates to provide great Starbucks experience.
Supervise and coordinate activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Assist in training and developing new staff members to uphold company standards.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to meet demand.
Monitor food production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Operate POS system for transactions and reporting.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Experience
Previous experience in a leadership role within a quick service or casual dining restaurant is preferred.
Strong background in customer service, food handling, and food production.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Experience with training development is a plus, as well as knowledge of bartending or culinary skills.
Proficiency in using POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
