We’re looking for a District Manager who’s passionate about people, loves fast-paced environments, and is excited to lead multiple Scooter’s Coffee locations. This role is all about developing strong store leaders, growing the business, and creating a culture where people thrive.
We serve Amazing People, Amazing Drinks, Amazingly Fast - and you’ll help make sure we keep doing exactly that.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support 4–6 Scooter’s Coffee locations in a designated district (number may vary based on need and skillset)
Hire, train, and retain strong store leaders, developing a pipeline of talent for future growth
Work side-by-side with managers in-store to coach, develop, and support them - especially during those high-energy morning rushes!
Create a positive, people-first culture by holding teams accountable to Scooter’s Core Values: Integrity, Love, Humility, and Courage
Ensure stores meet or exceed performance goals, delivering exceptional speed, service, and quality
Spot issues - like high turnover, subpar service, or behavior that’s not aligned with our Core Values - and take quick action to fix them
Identify and resolve bottlenecks that hinder speed, staffing, or operations
Manage district-level budgets and use company tools to drive efficiency
Uphold brand standards in store cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance
Recognize wins, coach through challenges, and bring contagious positivity every day
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience leading multiple units in food service, coffee, or retail
Passion for coaching and developing others - your success is built on your team’s growth
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Effective time management and organization, even in high-volume environments
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace tools
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset - you love helping people succeed
Ability to give clear feedback, set goals, and drive accountability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you listen first, lead with empathy
A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel between store locations regularly
