• Hiring, training, and coaching your team of baristas to be the friendliest, fastest crew in town
• Creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where both customers and team members feel valued
• Owning the customer experience and ensuring every drink, smile, and interaction is top-notch
• Driving store sales and hitting performance goals through smart decisions and an eye for opportunity
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and up to brand standards
• Jumping in wherever needed - whether it’s whipping up lattes or solving a scheduling puzzle on the fly
