Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Flexible availability to work between 4:30 AM – 4:00 PM and on the weekends.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to follow safety procedures and communicate with customers and team members
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Greet and connect with customers to create AMAZING experiences and start their day off right
- Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ready for the morning rush
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service
