As an HR Manager, you’ll lead our HR Department and be a key strategic partner to our Operations Leadership Team, driving HR initiatives that align with our mission, core values, and growth goals. What You'll Be Doing:

  • This position directly oversees the HR Department as a whole, including the HR Generalist. 
  • Lead & Oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation & benefits, and workplace safety.
  • Strategize & Consult with operations & executive leadership to develop policies, programs, and solutions that align with our business goals.
  • Be a People Champion by improving work relationships, building morale, and boosting productivity & retention.
  • Resolve Complex Issues with professionalism—whether it’s conflict resolution, coaching, investigations, or legal compliance.
  • Develop & Execute training programs, performance management strategies, and succession planning.
  • Analyze & Optimize HR processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support Growth & Expansion by leading business unit restructures, acquisitions, and workforce planning.
  • Keep Us Compliant with labor laws and regulations across multiple states.
  • Manage Benefits & Open Enrollment to ensure employees get the support they need.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling and resolving complex employee relations issues is required.
  • Experience in operations management within hospitality or a fast paced industry, is preferred. 
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)  is preferred.    
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws, talent acquisition, compensation, diversity & inclusion, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.  
  • Previous experience as an HR Manager is preferred.
