About the Role:
The Brand Support Coordinator role is a great fit for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and supporting on-the-ground execution of marketing initiatives. While it sits within the Marketing team, this position is focused on coordinating and executing existing materials and campaigns rather than creating new content or designing strategy.

If you're someone who loves keeping things on track, making sure timelines are met, and helping stores stay connected to the brand, this could be a great opportunity. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are key, along with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule and post existing social content using tools like Soci

  • Manage store signage and Limited Time Offer materials including ordering, tracking, and coordination

  • Travel to store locations in KS, MO, NE, and IA to support events and local marketing activities

  • Communicate timelines and campaign expectations to store teams

  • Collect photos, videos, and feedback from the field for internal use

  • Work with city contacts to secure permits for signage and events

  • Support local partnerships and community engagement

  • Use tools like Excel, Microsoft Office, and Canva (for light adjustments or template-based updates)

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Clear, confident communication across all formats including email, phone, and chat

  • Comfort with tools like Excel, Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and keep projects moving

  • Friendly, approachable, and collaborative attitude

  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
