Freedom Enterprises, the largest Franchisee in the Scooter’s Coffee system, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional skilled in program and logistics management to play a vital role in the operations of our nearly 70 locations.

What You’ll Do:
Own project timelines, communication, and execution across cross-functional teams including operations, facilities, and marketing
Oversee new store opening process (coordinating between internal departments as well as external vendors/partners) and/or acquisitions of existing Scooter’s Coffee locations as opportunities become available.
Manage and implement store-level campaigns such as Limited Time Offer rollouts (6+ times per year) and internal initiatives from start to finish
This may include (but not limited to): coordinating sufficient stock of inventory
Coordinate materials, equipment, and launch readiness across multiple markets
Act as the central hub for communications to ensure the right people get the right info at the right time
Support ongoing programs such as Store Manager RoundUps and leadership events
Purchase equipment and small wares as needed
Oversee facilities-related projects and vendor coordination
Oversee equipment / building upgrades as required by the franchise owner, executive team or the franchisor.
Stay flexible and responsive in an environment where priorities change quickly
What You Bring to the Table:
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Clear, confident communication across all formats including email, phone, and chat
Ability to manage timelines and consistently meet deadlines, even when priorities shift
A flexible mindset with the ability to problem-solve and pivot quickly
2+ years of experience managing operations or marketing-related projects preferred
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, project management tools
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
