As our Training Manager, you’ll bring our brand to life through learning. You’ll design, deliver, and refine training that inspires baristas, managers, and leaders to live our Core Values and brew smiles every day.
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee all Freedom Enterprises training programs, from barista basics to leadership development.
Design engaging, hands-on training experiences that bring our standards, culture, and mission to life.
Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps, training needs, and opportunities for improvement.
Support new product rollouts, process updates, and company communications to ensure consistent execution across stores.
Travel to stores across Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri to deliver in-person training and build high-performing teams.
Coach, develop, and inspire our Training Specialists to be strong facilitators and culture champions.
What You Bring
3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.
A passion for teaching, motivating, and developing others.
Strong communication and organizational skills -you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Experience creating training materials (bonus points for CANVA skills!).
Confidence in public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences.
A growth mindset - you’re always looking for ways to make training more impactful, fun, and effective.
