Job Overview

The Regional Manager position provides an opportunity for an upper-level management position within a successful and fast-growing company.  This position contributes efforts at Freedom Enterprises and Scooter’s Coffee by providing support, on-site training, motivation, encouragement, and accountability to the operations and brand integrity of Scooter’s Coffee at the store level.  This position will oversee 5+ District Managers and involve active, regularly scheduled visits in stores with managers & leadership within your assigned region to ensure that the brand story is “living” at the store level.  The purpose is to standardize operational excellence at the store level and across the company by ensuring the execution of standardized operating systems. 

Job Duties

  • Motivate, train, and develop leadership team to achieve their full potential.
  • Increase sales, speed and product consistency in each store.
  • Show exemplary leadership skills, planning proficiency and the will to execute policy and procedures in accordance with company policies & procedures. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements.
  • Adapt and embrace company policy changes and communicate them in a professional way.
  • Utilize time management skills to ensure efficient and effective operations across all stores in the region.
  • Motivate & mentor district managers, leaders, and other team members under your supervision. Set, communicate, and hold the team accountable to performance expectations.
  • Delegate tasks to utilize your team to its full potential and maximize the company’s ability to grow. Develop a pool of internal candidates who are prepared to step into key roles.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Communicate professionally, clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Provide honest, professional, respectful feedback to leadership including conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Ensure that every customer receives outstanding care, attention and above all, the amazing service they deserve.
  • Assess stores to determine operational areas of opportunity.
  • Radiate positivity in goals and future endeavors.
  • Effectively hire quality staff at all levels.
  • Manage and adhere to individual store budgets and financials, including, cost of goods, and labor budgets while teaching leaders these skills as well.
  • Be a subject matter expert and trainer on Microsoft Office and Google Workspace programs.
  • Mentor and train a manager in all levels of managerial responsibilities.
  • Mentor your district managers in continuing their leadership & management education, at the multi-store leadership level.
