If you’re the type who’s up with the sun, energized by a good cup of coffee, and motivated to create great customer experiences, we want YOU on our morning crew! Whether you're already a pro at dialing in the perfect espresso shot or just curious about how our drinks come together, this is the place to start or grow your barista journey.
No experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Just bring a positive attitude, a team mindset, and a love for all things coffee.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties, including following safety procedures and communicating with customers and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus!
Must have flexible ability to work opening hours
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Greet and connect with customers to create amazing experiences and start their day off right
- Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping the store ready for the morning rush
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service
