In this position the employee is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth team coordination, and alignment with Stockmen’s standards. This role requires a strong leader who can manage scheduling, payroll, ordering, and employee relations while maintaining clear communication with the General Manager, HR, the Executive Chef, and Corporate F&B.

Payroll & Scheduling
• Complete payroll every two weeks by 9:00 AM.
• Update Paylocity daily.
• Prepare weekly schedules in Paylocity and maintain copies on the local drive.
Ordering & Inventory
• Place FOH food and supply orders on Mondays and Thursdays by 3:00 PM.
• Conduct monthly inventory in partnership with the Chef on the last day of each month.
Operations & Guest Experience
• Expedite at the window to ensure food is served accurately, efficiently, and up to Stockmen’s quality standards.
• Communicate with the General Manager, HR, the Chef and Corporate F&B, regarding operational needs and staff matters.
• Act as a point of contact for guest and employee feedback, pursuing changes through the appropriate channels.
Leadership & Team Development
• Provide coaching and performance reviews in collaboration with HR and the GM.
• Ensure early outs, late starts, and call-ins are reported to the MOD for logging.
• Lead by example with a positive, encouraging presence for both guests and employees.
•Take ownership of successes and challenges within the FOH team.
