Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Casino Cage Operations. Provide warm personalized service, while demonstrating leadership and teamwork to all Team Members. Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed in order to uphold Company standards and Gaming Regulations.
Adhere to all company and department policies and procedures as well as all the Company’s Practices (i.e. Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Core Values, 15 Points of Service, etc.) Be responsible for positively representing and promoting the property and Company.
Trains new employees and assists with maintaining training programs, cover vacations and call-offs, light office duty, keep cage supplies stocked, exchange currency, checks, chips, coupons, and any other cash equivalents at the cage window and balances at the end of the each shift. Also responsible for doing Cage and Count payroll.

· Directly supervises non-supervisory employees.
· Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
· Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
· Assists with guest transactions at the cage window.
· Responsible to comply with all casino internal control procedures a set forth by Nevada Gaming Control Board.
· Assists slot technicians and other employees by filling jackpot and fills or accepting/distributing various and to other departments.
· Assist players with promotional items, to include monthly mailer coupons, opening new player accounts, and monthly casino promotional events.
· Assist with office duties (overages and shortages, audits, filing, payroll)
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
• Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with owners, staff, co-workers and general public; pleasant personality, team-oriented and enjoys working with and assisting people.
• Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of Nevada limited Gaming Act requirements and of Slots, Blackjack, and Poker.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
• Must be able to obtain a valid State of Nevada Gaming License.
