  Key Responsibilities:

• Polishing & Cleaning: Carefully polish all glassware, silverware, and china to ensure they are spotless, streak-free, and ready for service.
• Inspecting for Quality: Ensure all items are free from watermarks, fingerprints, chips, or any imperfections before being placed at service stations or on tables.
• Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of polishing cloths and cleaning supplies to ensure they are fresh and effective.
• Stocking & Organization: Assist in organizing and restocking clean glassware, silverware, and china in preparation for service.
• Assisting Staff: Collaborate with the service team to ensure all dining areas are perfectly set up and items are readily available during peak service times.
• Safety & Hygiene: Follow all health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment, and adhere to proper handling of fragile items.

Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every item polished meets the restaurant’s high standards.
• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy service periods, without sacrificing quality.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with standing for extended periods and handling delicate items.
